Designerwear.co.uk (collectively referred to as “Designerwear”, “we”, “us” and “our” in this privacy notice) is the controller and responsible for your personal data collected through the www.designerwear.co.uk website (the “website”). Currently trading as Brandsearch Ltd T/A Designerwear, we are a leading online fashion retail company selling clothing, shoes, and accessories worldwide targeting men who are at the pinnacle of fashion, aged 16-50 years old.

You may access the Site solely for your own personal use, however you must not use any content of the website for any commercial or illegal purpose. You must not cause any nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience to us, our customers or our users of the Site. You must not submit any Material which is defamatory, offensive, menacing or obscene to the website or which in our judgement may cause nuisance, annoyance, damage or offence, inconvenience to us or any other person or which is illegal. We may remove such material from the site at any time without notice to, or consent by, you.

We reserve the right to suspend the Site at any time for operational, regulatory, legal or other reasons. We may terminate your use of the Site with immediate effect if you breach any of these terms.

Personal Data

Through our interactions with you we collect various kinds of personal data. On the whole, you provide this information. You may decline to provide your personal data, however this may impact our ability to provide you with products or services. For example, should you decline to accept our first party cookies, your shopping basket may not work adequately. Designerwear will also require your address and payment details in order to process your order.

Controlling & Accessing your Personal Data

The primary method of accessing and controlling the personal data we collect is via your Designerwear account. You can at any time request that we delete this data in its entirety by contacting us at enquiries@designerwear.co.uk

In addition to this you can always opt out of any of our marketing communications at any time:

  • You can opt out of our email marketing campaigns by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of our email campaigns.

We will respect any browser based cookie controls or tracking protection that might be enabled, however we do not currently support the “Do Not Track” or “Incognito” feature now present in some web browsers, as there is not yet a collective understanding of how we should interpret this signal. If you cannot access or control certain personal data you believe we may have collected, you can always contact us. We will respond to requests to control your personal data within 30 working days.

Cookies


Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. We use cookies for a range of purposes including:
